Baa! For the first time since the 7th Edition, we have a new winner! Yes, Sheepmark triumphed in the 11th Edition of the escChat.com Song Contest with The Day It Rained Forever. With no semifinal and a Scorewiz results production once again, it's back to the innocent days of the old contest. Hence this edition is a Return to Innocence.
This contest featured 23 participants as a direct consequence of only permitting entrants to participate if they were deemed to be active in the escChat.com chat room. Because there was no semifinal, everybody who entered automatically made it to the grand final of the original and only official escChat.com Song Contest. Yay!
This was the final edition of the contest for 2009 as it took a winter break until the start of March 2010.
