The end of an era... This edition was held in Moofistan after racking up a second victory in the 5th Edition - and who would have thought it would have been so controversial?! Well, it was. The fallout from Moofistan's decision to allow Ishtaristan to participate whilst being banned from escChat.com sparked a huge drama leading to the departure of the so-called "Neapiri Nations" of Ishtaristan and Þiðbandið. But once they were gone, peace and normality returned. So it was for the best. Good Riddance!
Anyway, back to the contest! 28 participants entered what turned out to be the last contest before the "splatter era". It was the second time that a participant had hosted twice - following in the footsteps of Black Daisystan who hosted the first two editions of our fine contest. This was a feat that would be later eclipsed by Furnyland who hosted the 7th, 9th, 10th and 11th editions.
Note that the unhinged regime in Þiðbandið was responsible for creating the recap video and for some unknown reason their tyrannical leader omitted Vatrolandern's song and referred to Andropia as 'Andropida'. We can't explain that...
